Job summary

SmartDev is seeking an APAC Business Development Manager (ODC & AI Solution) to drive enterprise AI solutions across APAC. You will translate complex AI capabilities into business value, engage CTOs/CDOs and CMOs, and build a robust pipeline with strategic partnerships.

You will lead discovery, negotiate multi-stage contracts, and collaborate with solution architects to ensure feasible, ROI-focused outcomes for clients in media, fintech, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B solution sales or business development, with at least 2 years selling AI, ML, or data science services.
• Proven track record closing five- to six-figure AI/solutions deals.
• Ability to articulate AI concepts to CTOs/CDOs and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target high-potential enterprise accounts across Media, Fintech, and Logistics.
• Build a 12-month AI solution sales pipeline.
• Lead consultative discovery to map client pain points to AI blueprints.
• Structure and negotiate complex contracts (POCs, pilot-to-production, managed services).
• Develop strategic partnerships with SI partners and cloud providers.
