Job summary

G4S Secure Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an RSOC Operator to monitor security incidents and respond to threats affecting facilities, employees and assets across the APAC region.

Under general direction, you will work in a 24x7 security operations center, maintaining clear communication with the shift lead and RSOC manager while upholding safety policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related field (SSO/SS PLRD rank).
• Minimum 2 years in security operations, preferably in a 24x7 center.
• Ability to respond to stressful situations.
• Willingness to work evenings, odd hours, and weekends.
• Strong client and results orientation.
• Maintain confidentiality and interact across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Identify and respond to security incidents, threats in APAC.
• Monitor regional security operations incident response.
• Communicate clearly (written and verbal) to explain threats and responses.
