Job summary

International SOS in Singapore seeks an experienced Security Manager, Assistance (Asia) to lead security operations and risk management for clients across Southeast Asia. You will oversee complex cases, provide risk assessments, and guide responses during routine and crisis situations.

Collaborating with regional intelligence, medical, and operations teams, you will shape best practices, train junior staff, and ensure client-focused delivery.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of experience in security operations, risk management or security assistance.
• Proven track record managing complex security situations and deployments.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Exposure to crisis management and high-risk environments.
• Strong cross-cultural experience and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency; additional regional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver complex security assistance cases across Southeast Asia and APAC.
• Provide tailored security risk assessments and actionable recommendations.
• Oversee case progression and guide operational planning in both routine and crisis scenarios.
• Lead or support incident response, including crisis management and escalations.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless case delivery.
• Develop and manage a network of security providers and partners.
