Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Regional Security Manager to lead physical security across Asia-Pacific from Singapore, embedding with a client and operating in a hybrid setup. The role requires cross-functional coordination, travel, and a focus on risk-based decision making within a multinational context.

You will own regional security priorities, translate global standards to local controls, and partner with GSOC, facilities, vendors, and leadership to secure critical facilities and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in physical security or risk within a multinational organization.
• Regional APAC security leadership across offices, vendors or facilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of access control, CCTV, alarms, visitor management, guards, and incident response.
• Experience as incident leader during complex, cross-functional events.
• Proven ability to translate risks into measurable remediation plans.
• Experience managing security providers via SLAs, KPIs, and QBRs.
• Ability to adapt global standards to local conditions without weakening controls.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Authorized to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define APAC security plan, risk register, remediation roadmap, and escalation model.
• Translate global standards into locally executable controls across offices and facilities.
• Serve as regional escalation point and incident Commander for significant events.
• Drive security requirements for new offices, relocations, and deployments.
• Strengthen GSOC handoffs, incident documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Govern security providers through SLAs, KPIs, QBRs, and staffing resilience.
• Collaborate with Protective Intelligence, Security Systems, Data Center Security Operations, and business leaders.
• Define operating metrics and drive root-cause improvements in readiness and response.
• Use AI responsibly with privacy, regulatory, and human-in-the-loop safeguards.
