Job summary

ABB is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, APAC, to own end-to-end commercial activities across the region. This role reports to the EVP International Sales and leads a distributed team of country managers and sales professionals to drive growth, profitability, and strategic market intelligence across the APAC arena.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior commercial leadership in industrial B2B environments.
• Proven track record of profitable multi-country sales growth with direct P&L accountability.
• Experience developing markets and expanding customer bases.
• Experience providing portfolio and pricing feedback to influence product strategy.
• Ability to identify acquisition targets or partnerships that accelerate market access.
• Experience leading geographically distributed sales organizations end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional go-to-market models and 3-year regional strategies.
• Own the regional P&L including orders, revenue, gross margin and profitability.
• Lead senior-level customer relationships and manage channel partners.
• Provide market intelligence to product leadership on portfolio gaps and adaptations.
• Lead and inspire area sales managers and sales professionals.
• Develop regional sales plans with clear objectives and track KPIs.
