Job summary

ABB’s NEMA Motors Division in Singapore seeks a Regional Sales Manager, APAC. You will own end-to-end commercial activities across the region, reporting to the EVP International Sales, and leading a distributed team of country managers.

Hybrid work model in Singapore with potential relocation; accountable for regional P&L, strategy, customer development, quotation, orders, delivery, invoicing, and cash collection; drive growth and market intelligence to inform global product strategy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior commercial leadership in industrial B2B environments.
• Proven track record of profitable multi-country sales growth with direct P&L accountability.
• Experience developing markets and expanding customer bases.
• Experience providing structured portfolio and pricing feedback to product leadership.
• Ability to identify acquisition targets or partnership opportunities.
• Fluency in English and other regional languages.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional P&L and end-to-end commercial activities in APAC.
• Lead a distributed team of country managers and sales professionals.
• Coordinate with Global Operations for supply chain support.
• Identify growth opportunities, market gaps, competitive dynamics, and product adaptation needs.
• Lead and inspire regional sales plans and drive quarterly business reviews.
• Drive strategic market intelligence informing global product strategy.
