Job summary

PwC Singapore's Deals Advisory practice seeks a Director to lead Merger & Acquisition related value creation across deal continuum, from strategy to execution. The role focuses on integrating target value realization across IT, operations, human capital and other back-office functions.

You will guide pre and post-deal activities, conduct due diligence, support complex integrations and divestitures, and develop client partnerships to deliver measurable EBITDA and cash-flow improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, supply chain or operations management.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in external consulting and operations leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering performance improvement with EBITDA impact.
• Experience in post-merger integration or divestiture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed analysis of target data and practices in supply chain.
• Interact with target management to understand business support.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Identify service opportunities and collaborate with specialists to sell them.
• Lead business development activities and scale efficiencies.
