Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering; Master’s advantageous.
• PMP, CFA, CPA, MBA, Agile qualifications completed or in progress will be viewed favorably.
• At least 4 years in consulting, M&A, PMI, or professional services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business diagnostic capabilities.
• Understanding of M&A lifecycle, PMI methodologies, synergy realization, operating models.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data viz tools; translate analyses into client presentations.
• Leadership and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; workshop facilitation and reporting.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration planning and execution with synergy realization and risk mitigation.
• Design and oversee integration roadmaps, governance, and KPIs.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and measure progress.
• Manage updates to project plans and documentation.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and deliverables for seamless execution.
• Prepare and present status reports for executives and clients.
• Drive research and strategic analysis to support M&A initiatives.
• Lead market assessments and target screening processes.
• Develop proposals and client deliverables with leadership.
• Lead workshops to facilitate decision-making and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior team members.
