Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a Regional HR Manager to support people activities in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Indonesia, with a broader APAC remit. The role reports to the HR Director APAC and collaborates with the Country Manager, Singapore.

You will deliver high-quality HR guidance across the employee lifecycle and partner with leaders to build capability and leadership across regions. You will drive HR initiatives, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance while shaping the HR

Qualifications

• Degree in HR with at least 10 years of HR experience.
• Strong HR business partnering experience, ideally in IT distribution.
• Certifications like PMP, PROSCI, IHRP-SP preferred.
• Consultative and engaging HR approach with strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner focused on driving business performance through people across the assigned geographies.
• Provide both strategic and operational HR advice and support to business leaders across the end-to-end employee life cycle.
• Partner with leaders to effectively manage people-related workplace relations, misconduct and performance issues.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client groups and across the wider organisation.
• Monitor and ensure legal compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Implement Global HR initiatives through partnering, coaching and educating leaders.
• Manage the HR dashboard monthly to diagnose trends, turnover risks and capability gaps and propose solutions.
• Lead HR projects and act as Chief of Staff for Head of HR, APAC.
