Job summary

Caterpillar in Singapore seeks a Senior Regional Sales & Growth Leader for APAC to direct strategic sales, commercial and operational activities across the region to achieve forecasted sales, revenue, margin and market share targets.

You will develop and implement a sustainable long‑term growth strategy, ensure governance and talent development, lead the APAC regional organization, and represent MWM as the executive lead within APAC, building strong executive‑level customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional APAC sales leadership and business management.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
• Strong customer relationship skills with executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of broad market drivers and commercial acumen in a regional context.
