Job summary

Acclime is seeking a dynamic Regional Business Development professional in Singapore to drive outbound, multi‑jurisdictional deals across Asia‑Pacific. You will leverage a strong network, build pipelines, and close new cross‑border corporate services opportunities.

The role focuses on new business acquisition, regional development, and expanding referral partnerships with law firms, banks, and accounting firms, aiming for USD multi‑million ACV deals together with our service specialists.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of business development or B2B sales experience, ideally in corporate services, professional services, or consulting.
• Excellent networking, prospecting, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in Singapore and the wider Asia‑Pacific region for cross‑border corporate services solutions.
• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and close new deals.
• Actively build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
