Job summary

Symphony, based in Singapore, seeks an energetic Senior Business Development Specialist to hunt new logos across APAC and drive revenue growth for Voice Solutions. You will navigate multi-stakeholder cycles, articulate security and workflow value to executives, and partner with CS and Product for cross-department expansion.

The role requires a proven hunter with 6+ years in Enterprise SaaS sales, strong English and an Asian language, and the ability to lead territorial plans and close complex

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Enterprise Software/SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Proven hunter mindset focused on creating new logos from scratch.
• Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (IT, InfoSec, Compliance, Procurement).
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills with C-level gravitas.

Responsibilities

• New Business Hunting & Logo Acquisition: identify, qualify, and close high-value logos across APAC; manage full sales cycle.
• Account Penetration & Expansion: map under-penetrated accounts and expand into large enterprise agreements.
• Pipeline & Ecosystem Management: maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and build a network of advocates and partners.
