You will tailor global campaigns for local audiences, coordinating with Sales, BD, Marketing, Communications, and Product teams to maximize engagement and lead generation. In this hybrid role, you will manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and registrations; capture leads; and report on outcomes.

• Experience planning APAC and regional events from concept to on-site execution.
• Proven ability to coordinate with sales, BD, marketing, and product teams.
• Strong project management skills with vendor, budget, and timeline oversight.
• Experience with lead capture, CRM processes and post-event reporting.
• Ability to adapt global messaging for local audiences while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute APAC and regional events in alignment with global strategy and priorities.
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, sponsorships, logistics and deliverables.
• Coordinate with regional Sales, BD, Marketing, Communications, Product and partners.
• Adapt messaging and experiences for local audiences while keeping brand standards.
• Support event selection and execution across conferences, customer engagements, and partner events.
• Coordinate invitations, registration, audience development, and pre-event communications.
• Manage onsite execution: booth presence, signage, materials, speakers and sessions.
• Ensure lead capture, data quality, qualification, routing, and timely follow-up.
• Track attendance, engagement, meetings, leads, pipeline influence and performance.
• Conduct post-event reviews and document lessons learned for future activity.
• Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders, vendors and partners across APAC.
• Manage multiple priorities across time zones and travel as needed with high attention to detail.
