Vantor is seeking an Event Specialist to lead APAC and regional events from the Singapore office. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, BD, and Product teams to execute event programs, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure high-quality onsite execution with strong lead capture and follow-up.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in events, a regional perspective, and the ability to adapt global campaigns for local audiences while upholding Vantor’s brand standards.

Responsabilidades

• Execute APAC and regional events in alignment with global event strategy, campaigns, and business priorities.
• Manage event timelines, task lists, budgets, vendors, sponsorships, logistics and deliverables.
• Coordinate with regional Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Communications, Product, and partner teams.
• Adapt global messaging, campaigns and event experiences for local audiences while maintaining Vantor’s brand standards.
• Support event selection, planning and execution across conferences, trade shows, customer engagements, briefings, and partner events.
• Coordinate invitations, registration, audience development, account targeting, meeting setting, and pre-event communications.
• Manage onsite execution, including booth presence, signage, materials, speakers, sessions, customer meetings, and hospitality.
• Ensure accurate lead capture, data quality, qualification, routing, and timely Sales/BD follow-up.
• Track and report on attendance, engagement, meetings, leads, pipeline influence, and event performance.
• Conduct post-event reviews and document lessons learned to improve future regional activity.
• Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders, vendors, and partners across APAC.
• Manage multiple priorities across time zones, travel as needed and deliver high-quality work with urgency and attention to detail.
