Job summary

CloudBees in Singapore is seeking a Senior Field & Demand Generation Manager for APAC to own the regional field and demand plan, including executive dinners, roundtables, partner programs, and digital campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.

You will collaborate with sales, product marketing, and RevOps to tailor campaigns to APAC markets, translate or localize messaging, and manage budgets, calendars, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B field marketing and demand generation.
• Experience running regional field and demand programs across APAC.
• Ability to adapt campaigns to different languages and cultures.
• Plan and run executive events, roundtables, and regional programs end to end.
• Proven track record building integrated campaigns driving pipeline and revenue.
• Partner with regional sales leaders to defend trade-offs and SLA follow-up.
• Experience with partners, agencies, and local vendors.
• Manage top-of-funnel and mid-/late-funnel activities; strong demand creation.

Responsibilities

• Own the APAC field and demand plan aligned with sales and revenue goals.
• Set quarterly priorities with sales leaders; define target accounts and follow-up SLAs.
• Plan executive dinners, roundtables, regional events, and roadshows.
• Run partner and co-marketing programs with cloud and regional partners.
• Develop language- and market-specific campaigns; localize messaging as needed.
• Oversee campaign calendars, budgets, vendors, and forecast-to-actuals reporting.
• Collaborate with product marketing, content, and web teams on assets and journeys.
• Provide weekly reports on MQLs, pipeline, and cost per opportunity.
