Job summary

Aon plc in Singapore seeks a Senior Learning Deployment and Event Specialist for Asia Pacific. You will design and deploy virtual and in-person learning programs, coordinate events across APAC, and manage vendors and budgets.

The role includes onsite event coordination, travel as required, and collaboration with the Industry and Risk Marketing team to deliver engaging programs while ensuring compliance with brand and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of running events for corporate businesses.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship-building and vendor management capabilities.
• Clear, concise communication, ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
• Experience delivering training or learning and development sessions.
• Attention to detail and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support Category 2 industry sector events across APAC that need planning support.
• Lead and coordinate planning meetings 3–6 months before events.
• Provide regular project updates and ensure contributors meet deadlines.
• Organise venues, catering and on-site experience for events.
• Ensure event sites, registration pages and apps are prepared ahead of invites.
• Manage compliance, contracts and tool usage (e.g., Cvent).
• Coordinate on-site delivery with executive assistants and location teams.
