Job summary

Menarini Asia-Pacific is seeking a Senior Regional Data and AI Engineer to proactively design, develop, and maintain a robust data foundation across the APAC region. You will build data pipelines, develop models, and deploy AI algorithms to improve commercial performance and efficiency, working with sales, marketing, supply chain, and omnichannel data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in data engineering with ingestion, transformation, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering initiatives using Agile frameworks and manage backlogs.
• Design, develop, and scale end-to-end data pipelines from ERP, CRM, supply chain, ecommerce APIs and omnichannel platforms.
• Monitor pipelines and troubleshoot failures to ensure data reliability and uptime.
• Create and manage regional master data for products, customers, suppliers, and inventory.
• Develop data models to support forecasting, segmentation, pricing, and data consolidation.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI models into production with governance and privacy.
• Build a unique customer identifier across omnichannel touchpoints and a comprehensive data catalogue.
• Identify new data sources and consolidation opportunities to reduce subscriptions and boost intelligence.
• Collaborate with Corporate to align regional data initiatives with commercial objectives.
