Job summary

Menarini Asia-Pacific seeks a Senior Regional Commercial Manager to architect regional brand plans, launch innovative campaigns, and shape portfolio strategies across APAC, including spotting in-licensing opportunities. You will translate clinical data and market intelligence into winning strategies guiding country teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharma, or Medicine (MBA preferred).
8+ years of marketing experience in a major pharmaceutical MNC.
At least 3 years in a regional role.

Responsibilities

Design regional brand strategies and robust campaigns for product launches.
Translate clinical data and market intelligence into winning strategies and business development opportunities.
Partner with SFE to drive execution excellence and equip country teams with training materials.
Leverage competitive analysis, forecasting, and KOL engagement to identify new opportunities.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment between Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain and country teams.
