Job summary

Chubb Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a Regional Head of Data, Analytics, and AI to shape and execute a region-wide strategy across APAC. This senior role partners with business leaders, brokers, and clients to deploy data-driven solutions that drive profitable growth and regulatory compliant outcomes.

You will lead a diverse, multinational team, champion a data-driven culture, and coordinate with global data and AI teams to align with enterprise standards and local priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in data, analytics and AI with senior level impact.
• Experience driving data and analytics strategy across geographies.
• Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional data, analytics and AI strategy for APAC.
• Lead the Asia Pacific executive team and provide thought leadership on data and AI transformation.
• Foster a data-driven culture and drive innovation across countries.
• Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with commercial and functional leaders to prioritise initiatives and ROI.
• Oversee design and deployment of advanced analytics and AI solutions regionally.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and data privacy standards across regions.
