Chubb Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a Regional Head of Data, Analytics, and AI for APAC to shape and execute the region's data strategy and lead advanced analytics initiatives that drive value across countries.

The role partners with senior leaders to prioritize analytics programs, build a high-performance regional team, and ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and scalable data solutions aligned with global standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in data, analytics, and AI.
• Proven track record leading multi-geography data initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders to deliver value via data solutions.
• Strong communication, influence, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional data, analytics, and AI strategy in APAC.
• Lead a diverse team of data, analytics, and AI professionals.
• Partner with commercial and consumer leaders to identify high-impact analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, IT, Marketing to drive cross-functional value.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of data and AI solutions across multiple countries.
• Govern data governance, quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
