Job summary

CEVA Asia Pacific Holdings Company Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned operations professional to own the regional commercial relationship with strategic customers across Air, Ocean, Contract Logistics, and Ground & Rail.

You will serve as the primary interface between customer regional management and CEVA operations, product, tender, and management teams, driving KPI performance and continuous improvement across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or level of working/thinking.
• Education in transport & logistics.
• 10 years in operations Air or Ocean.
• Experienced in customer meetings.
• Familiar with Continuous improvement methodology and analytic and visualisation tools.
• Ground & Rail experience.
• Contract Logistics experience.
• Customs clearance knowledge.
• Analytical skills; Knowledge of supply chain logistics.
• Knowledge of global & local SOPs and regulatory rules.
• Ability to lead process reviews and facilitate user training.

Responsibilities

• Manage the globally agreed business scope between CEVA and customer operationally across Air, Ocean, Contract Logistics, Ground & Rail.
• Support global strategic reviews of account strategy, account plan and development with GKAM and regional support.
• Monitor KPIs for accounts to ensure service and satisfaction; work with teams on improvements.
• Monitor regional DSO and cash flow for nominated accounts.
• Conduct QBRs with National KAM teams in key countries.
• Identify opportunities early and inform internal stakeholders for resource planning.
• Maintain CRM with all opportunities and stakeholder timelines.
• Provide visibility to CEVA management on important stakeholders and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Product to develop new solutions for the industry.
• Maintain alignment with OKAM and TKAM to protect profitability.
