Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective account management and operational efficiency.
• Share best practices, knowledge and operational approaches across teams to promote consistency and continuous improvement.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Work closely with cross-functional and regional teams to facilitate effective communication and alignment.
• Support day-to-day customer operations, including execution planning, capacity/utilization management, knowledge management and operational communications.
• Engage assigned customers through regular business and performance reviews and follow up on agreed actions.
• Monitor operational KPIs, track improvement objectives and support initiatives across countries to improve overall performance.
• Identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities and support the development of standardized processes and solutions.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to address operational challenges and support customer retention and business growth.
• Optimize operational data, reporting structures and data flows to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Support strategic capacity and resource planning based on business forecasts, particularly during peak periods.
• Analyse, map and document current and future-state processes in line with regional standardization frameworks.
• Support the development and implementation of standardized processes, policies and operating procedures across the region.
• Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) materials and performance presentations.
• Work closely with implementation teams to support project execution and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Monitor APAC market developments and proactively identify potential operational impacts, risks and mitigation actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and other assignments as required.
