Stripe, Inc. is seeking a consultative, creative recruiter to grow and scale our Business and Core teams in APAC.

You’ll own full-cycle recruiting, shape hiring strategy, and deliver a strong candidate experience, partnering with stakeholders across functions from Bangalore to global teams. You’ll thrive in a learning environment, experimenting with new approaches, and improving processes, while maintaining high-volume hiring standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house preferred.
• Strong track record of meeting targets in high-volume hiring.
• Experience partnering with hiring teams as a trusted advisor.
• Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization with autonomy.
• Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
• Active, data-driven approach to problem-solving and using insights to improve processes.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill junior-level and high-volume requisitions while scaling teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and develop strategies.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Analytics to report on hiring progress.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to scale hiring across Stripe.
• Generate a healthy pipeline through branding, events, and employee referrals.
• Provide timely reporting on key metrics and insights to inform decisions.
