Job summary

Google Singapore is seeking a Senior Real Estate Transactions leader to manage end-to-end regional real estate strategies across APAC. You will oversee acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, developments, and subleases, driving value and aligning with Google's growth plans.

You will assemble cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Tax, Compliance) and partner with regional leaders to deliver cost-effective, scalable real estate solutions while maintaining high ESG and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions across multiple countries, covering leasing, purchasing, build-to-suit, subleases and development, with finance and corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, and execute regional real estate transactions across Singapore and APAC (office, warehouse, land, retail), including leases, acquisitions, developments, expansions and subleases.
• Develop a detailed pipeline of real estate strategy and capitalize on market opportunities to drive proactive, agile real estate solutions.
• Negotiate directly with landlords, developers, and property owners, delivering execution plans for complex transactions at high volume and scale.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional teams across REWS, Legal, Finance, Tax, and Compliance to ensure transactions meet financial goals and space delivery schedules.
• Enforce financial discipline across transactions and act as a trusted real estate SME to drive operational and economic benefits while minimizing long-term liabilities.
