Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a senior Real Estate professional to lead regional transaction strategy and execution across Singapore and APAC. The role focuses on lease administration, transactions, and portfolio optimization to support Google's rapid global expansion.

You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, Tax and Compliance, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic goals while maintaining cost efficiency and long-term sustainability across Google's workspace footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions across multiple countries.
• Experience in real estate planning, finance and financial modeling, and corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, investigation and execute regional real estate transactions across Singapore and APAC.
• Develop a detailed pipeline of real estate strategy and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Negotiate with landlords, developers and property owners for complex transactions.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional teams across REWS, Legal, Finance, Tax, and Compliance.
