Google Singapore is seeking a Senior Real Estate Transactions leader to manage end-to-end regional real estate strategies across APAC. You will oversee acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, developments, and subleases, driving value and aligning with Google's growth plans.
You will assemble cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Tax, Compliance) and partner with regional leaders to deliver cost-effective, scalable real estate solutions while maintaining high ESG and sustainability standards.
Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.
As a member of the Real Estate team, you are a critical thinker with versatile knowledge on the front lines of Google's physical expansion. Google cannot grow without you. You are part of a team with a wide range of responsibilities including lease administration, real estate transaction management, and the design and construction supervision of our next and ever expanding offices. You help manage the spatial requirements for a workforce that is growing at lightning speed to ensure that the job is not only done to Google's high and industry-setting standards, but also in a way that promises long-term sustainability and care for our world's resources.
The Real Estate Solutions (RES) team manages the end-to-end transaction lifecycle of Google’s real estate holdings across APAC (excl. India), creating a single point of accountability for transaction delivery.
Your primary goal is to provide cost-effective and flexible real estate solutions for Google. You will devise and execute a full range of real estate transaction strategies—including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, developments, and subleases—to optimize portfolio performance, mitigate risk, and maximize economic and operational value.
You will partner with regional and workplace leaders to develop and deliver customized supply‑side strategies, leveraging workplace insights to meet business needs. You will act with agility and speed to ensure Google’s regional real estate portfolio is optimized for growth, resilience, and total cost efficiency.
You will operate as a trusted advisor and assemble cross‑functional teams of subject matter experts across Legal, Finance, Tax, Development, and Operations to execute transactions according to agreed financial goals and strategic agreements.
