Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Product Manager in Singapore to own end-to-end APM products across their lifecycle, from ideation through launch and scale. You will work with merchants, partners, and internal teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions that drive revenue and adoption.

You will lead strategy, roadmap decisions, and collaboration with Engineering, Commercial, Legal, and Operations to ensure successful product outcomes and long-term scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and understanding of merchant payment processing globally, especially APAC
• Proven experience in product management with a track record of launching and scaling products
• Ability to work across technical and commercial domains with engineers and stakeholders
• Experience operating in cross-functional, complex environments with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset translating data into decisions and strategy

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and scale with focus on customer impact and commercial success
• Engage directly with merchants, partners, and internal teams to uncover customer problems
• Prioritize initiatives based on value and outcomes, measuring success by adoption and revenue
• Lead prioritization and roadmap decisions with clear rationale
• Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Operations, and external partners
• Identify growth opportunities and support sales efforts to drive revenue expansion
• Monitor performance, analyze trends, and optimize product outcomes
• Take ownership from strategy to execution to results
