Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the APAC onboarding and implementation for commercial customers, guiding projects from contract signing to go-live.

You will coordinate with Sales, KYC/CDD, Legal, Credit, Risk, Boarding and Implementation teams to ensure timely execution, robust documentation, training, and post‑go‑live performance reviews.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong PM skills; Japanese language ability is a plus for partner engagement in Japan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven knowledge of PM best practices.
• Experience with MS Project and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation for APAC customers.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements, training, and demonstrations.
• Provide ongoing project reporting and post-go-live monitoring.
• Drive process improvements and ensure smooth handovers to Sales/CS.
• Handle other duties for process and operation optimization.
