Job summary

StackAdapt is seeking a Head of APAC Client Services to lead a fast-growing regional team across APAC. Based in Singapore or Sydney, you will shape service strategy, drive retention, and coordinate with sales, product, and analytics to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

You'll oversee senior leaders, optimize regional workflows, and ensure compliant operations across APAC while building trusted partnerships with executives and driving commercial growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client services, customer success, or account management within programmatic advertising / adtech.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers and building teams in APAC markets.
• Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem, DSPs, campaign strategy, measurement, and client service models.
• Fluency with DSP platforms and ability to gain mastery quickly.
• Strong knowledge of APAC digital advertising with experience in Singapore, Australia, Japan, Greater China, SEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach leaders, providing training and resources to build careers and deliver client results.
• Drive retention and account expansion strategies to grow partner ad spend.
• Partner with regional Sales on account planning and renewals to win new business.
• Meet with client executives and speak at industry events to build partnerships.
• Simplify regional workflows and track performance metrics to reduce burnout.
• Coordinate with Legal and Revenue Ops to navigate APAC data privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales to feed local market feedback into the product roadmap.
