Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect based in Singapore to guide customers on scalable architecture using the MongoDB platform. You will partner with sales to articulate value, design solutions, and drive opportunities from discovery through validation.

The ideal candidate has 8–11 years in customer-facing roles with 3+ years in pre-sales for enterprise software, strong cloud design experience, and excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, including Thai language

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–11 years in a customer-facing role, with at least 3 years in pre-sales for enterprise software.
• Proficient in modern scripting languages or programming languages relevant to solutions (e.g., Python, Java, C#, etc.).
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Ability to review complex architectures with customers and propose improvements leveraging technology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate technical and business value to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and performant applications and infrastructure for large software projects using MongoDB.
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimisation strategies, clearly communicating business value.
• Collaborate with sales to drive account success, prioritise opportunities and support pipeline generation.
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives, events, and ABM programs.
• Foster strong customer relationships and champion programmes to ensure success and satisfaction.
