Flowdesk, a digital asset trading and technology firm, is seeking a Senior People Operations lead for APAC to manage payroll, immigration, and lifecycle processes across regional entities. You will partner with Finance, Legal and Compliance to meet local obligations and scale operations globally.

In this role you will automate manual processes, deliver dashboards, and own workforce data governance while operating across time zones and jurisdictions. Experience in regulated finance preferred.

Formación

• Demonstrable experience running payroll end to end in APAC markets.
• Hands-on immigration case management in Singapore and regional hubs.
• Experience operating people operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience drafting employment contracts and policy templates.
• Strong data and reporting capability; dashboards and HR analytics.
• Experience delivering process automation with measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own payroll end to end including statutory obligations and data accuracy.
• Independently manage immigration applications and renewals; coordinate with authorities.
• Draft and maintain employment contracts and policy templates compliant with laws.
• Serve as primary operational contact for regional employees across time zones.
• Manage external providers, including payroll bureaus and government authorities.
• Produce and maintain people reporting and dashboards; drive automation initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Legal and Compliance on entity obligations.
• Lead global People Operations projects with independent ownership.
