Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll/HR operations experience.
• Experience with APAC payroll is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll across APAC countries with external vendors.
• Validate payroll inputs, changes, leaves, and bonuses.
• Review reports and assist with payroll reconciliation.
• Coordinate payroll calendars and timely inputs.
• Support year-end processes, filings, and audits.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate HR records and coordinate leave docs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local labor laws.
• Assist HR/payroll projects and system implementations.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
