Job summary

EDP Group APAC is seeking an intern to join the P&O team, focusing on people data, clear leadership insights and regional HR initiatives. You will explore practical AI and digital tools to improve HR processes, developing simple prototypes with guidance from the team.

This role offers hands-on exposure to people analytics, workforce planning, talent initiatives, and responsible AI experimentation in an HR context across APAC.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field such as HR, business, psychology, analytics, or information systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable handling data and presenting findings clearly.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and combine HR data (turnover, engagement, workforce plans, performance) to support decisions.
• Prepare presentations translating insights into actionable messages for leaders.
• Explore AI and digital tools to improve HR processes and prototype solutions with guidance.
