Job summary

Global Payments in Singapore seeks a Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of alternative payment methods (APMs) across APAC. You will define vision, strategy, and roadmaps, launching scalable products that deliver measurable customer and revenue impact, while collaborating with engineering, commercial, legal, and partners.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives based on value, use data to inform decisions, and drive adoption and growth in a dynamic payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong understanding of merchant payment processing and capabilities globally.
• Proven experience in product management with launching and scaling impactful products.
• Experience operating across technical and commercial domains with engineers and business teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into decisions and strategy.
• Experience in APAC payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch to scale.
• Define vision, strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans; drive products from concept to launch and iterate based on performance.
• Engage with merchants, partners, and internal teams to understand pain points and uncover right problems to solve.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value and outcomes; measure success through adoption, revenue, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Operations, and external partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
