Job summary

Capital One in Singapore seeks a Manager, Product Delivery to lead the strategy and execution of payments products for the region. You will collaborate with business partners to translate market requirements into roadmaps and coordinate with external consultants, terminal/card manufacturers, and testing labs to enable delivery.

You will develop and coach teams to identify and manage risk, set regional priorities, and provide SME-level presentations to internal and external management, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, engineering, or business administration.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cards payments, product management or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and ongoing activities for all payments products delivery.
• Collaborate with business partners to capture market requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors and testers to enable delivery.
