Job summary

Adyen Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Group Product Manager for APAC to define and execute the product strategy across SE Asia, Japan, Aus/NZ, HK and other markets.

You will collaborate with commercial teams to ensure acquiring capabilities and licenses meet merchant needs and deliver a seamless experience. You will work with the President, APAC, APAC Head of Engineering, country heads, and global product teams to build the payment engine of the future.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
• 5+ years of successfully building and leading high-performing PM teams.
• Experience in the APAC fintech or financial services sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive APAC product vision and go-to-market across S.E. Asia, Japan, Aus/NZ, HK and others.
• Lead and scale the product team with cross-team collaboration.
• Exercise ruthless prioritization and maintain customer obsession in roadmap decisions.
• Execute cross-functionally with end-to-end ownership across engineering, data science, product and sales.
• Inspire the APAC team and communicate the bold vision to internal and external stakeholders.
