Job summary

Adyen APAC seeks a Group Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy across SE Asia, Japan, Aus/NZ, HK, enabling merchants to expand with locally preferred payment methods.

You will collaborate with the APAC leadership team, engage regulators and merchants, and build a high-impact product roadmap while mentoring PMs to deliver scalable payment features in a fast-growing region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading PM teams.
• Experience in the APAC fintech or financial services sector is preferred.
• Founder's mentality: operate across product, sales and operations to translate complex merchant needs into a high-ROI roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Drive APAC Product Vision & Go-To-Market for SE Asia, Japan, Aus/NZ, HK among others with commercial alignment to solve merchant pain points.
• Lead and scale the product team, fostering cross-team synergies and collaboration with global product groups.
• Ruthless prioritization and customer obsession to deliver long-term value across APAC markets.
• Execute cross-functionally with end-to-end ownership across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Sales.
