Airalo is seeking a Director of Partnerships for APAC to lead partnerships across strategic, channel, and corporate sales. You will build and mentor a high-performance team, shape the partnerships roadmap with product and engineering, and negotiate with major partners across APAC while maintaining strong relationships to drive profitability.

This remote, full-time role spans APAC markets with an emphasis on collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in partnerships, sales, account management, or business development in high-growth B2B/B2B2C environments.
• 5+ years building and leading high-performance teams.
• Experience in Traveltech / Consumer tech is advantageous.
• Partner-first mindset and a passion for stakeholder success with win-win outcomes.
• Ability to craft Airalo’s story and a compelling partnership proposition.
• Proficient use of sales and partnerships tools and methodologies.
• Ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a complex, matrix environment.
• Fluent Korean language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead APAC partnerships across Strategic, Channel, and Corporate sales streams.
• Build and mentor Partnerships Managers with in-country support for key APAC markets.
• Shape Airalo’s partnerships strategy as a member of the Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define partnerships roadmaps.
• Identify and negotiate with large strategic partners across APAC.
• Maintain key partner relationships to drive profitability and growth.
