Our client is seeking an entrepreneurial Regional Director to lead Asia Pacific business strategy, drive growth, and oversee commercial performance across multiple markets. This role emphasizes strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Reporting to global leadership, you will shape market-entry approaches, strengthen channel partnerships, and build key customer relationships while guiding a regional team across diverse cultures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-country businesses across Asia Pacific.
• Strong background in B2B technology, engineering software, or construction tech.
• Experience growing revenue and building markets across the region.
• Experience managing distributor, reseller or partner-led models.
• Strong commercial leadership with ownership of regional performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Asia Pacific business strategy and growth agenda.
• Own regional revenue, profitability, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Strengthen and expand distributor, reseller and channel networks.
• Build strategic relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities across priority APAC markets.
• Evaluate and optimise go-to-market models regionally.
• Lead and develop a multicultural regional team.
• Collaborate with global leadership on expansion and investment priorities.
