Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Risk Program Management Office to lead new markets initiatives across APAC. You will own end-to-end programs, drive readiness across multiple workstreams, and collaborate with Operations, Product, Eng, GTM, and Risk teams to enable compliant expansion in new markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a high-performance environment, managing complex cross-functional programs or initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and build from 0→1 with minimal playbooks.
• Strong program management skills: track and drive multi-workstream initiatives, surface risks early, and keep stakeholders aligned.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for new markets across Stripe's roadmap, focusing on APAC region.
• Drive operational readiness across workstreams, tracking milestones, surfacing risks, and unblocking dependencies.
• Navigate high ambiguity — you will figure out the right approach in a 0→1 space, not wait for a predefined path.
• Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and reporting standards to support a growing and complex portfolio of markets.
