Seoulstart in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation programs for banks and enterprise partners. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage scope and timelines, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid delivery, risk governance, and clear communication with executives, engineers, and partners. Travel internationally to collaborate with teams and clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of project management experience in banking or fintech.
• Experience delivering multi-phase projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Experience leading API and SWIFT payment integrations in large banks.
• Strong program management practices to identify, govern, and mitigate risks.
• Ability to meet market-specific regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Clear communication to executives, engineers, and partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation programs for major banks and enterprise partners.
• Resolve blockers using problem-solving and influencing across business and technical teams.
• Govern scope, timelines, and accountability while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage and mitigate project, financial, compliance, and reputational delivery risks.
• Build trusted partner relationships and explain fintech solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements to scale the Implementation function efficiently.
• Travel internationally to collaborate with teams and meet partners worldwide.
