Job summary

Zurich Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Snr Lead, Multinationals (Employee Benefits) for APAC. You will spearhead distribution and growth of employee benefits across multinational clients in Asia Pacific, engaging international brokers and partners to drive revenue and client retention.

You will lead go-to-market strategies, collaborate with sales, underwriting, and country teams, and promote Zurich’s APAC capabilities across Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and India.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience distributing and growing employee benefits for multinational clients.
• Proven APAC track record including Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, and India.
• Strong relationships with international brokers and consulting partners.
• Expertise in life and health benefits, pooling and captive arrangements.
• Senior commercial and distribution leadership with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategies to expand APAC multinational employee benefits footprint.
• Build and deepen partnerships with international clients, brokers and consulting firms.
• Identify, pursue, and secure major multinational accounts and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to tailor benefits programs.
• Monitor regulatory changes, market trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure consistent client servicing, policy administration and claims management.
• Represent Zurich at industry forums and events.
