Job summary

Zurich 56 Company Ltd is seeking a senior leader to drive distribution of multinational employee benefits across APAC, with a focus on Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia and India. You will lead go-to-market efforts and engage international brokers and clients to grow revenue and retention.

You will collaborate with local and regional sales and underwriting teams to tailor compliant benefit programs, align with regulatory changes, and promote Zurich’s APAC capabilities through the ZGEBS

Qualifications

• Extensive experience distributing and growing employee benefits solutions for multinational clients.
• Strong track record in APAC, especially Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and India.
• Solid relationships with international brokers and consulting partners.
• Expertise in life and health benefits, pooling, and captive arrangements.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategies to expand Zurich’s multinational benefits footprint across APAC.
• Build and deepen partnerships with international clients, brokers, and consulting partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, secure multinational accounts and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to design tailored, compliant employee benefits programs.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform growth strategies.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality client servicing and policy administration.
