Job summary

Visa in Singapore is seeking a senior Benefits Consultant to own end-to-end benefit programs across Asia Pacific. You’ll partner with HRBPs, business leaders and cross‑functional partners to design, deliver, and optimize programs that are compliant, cost‑efficient, and globally competitive.

This role emphasizes data‑driven insight, AI‑enabled analysis, and Workday proficiency, with at least three days in office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of benefits experience across multiple AP markets.
• Experience in advisory/consulting and in‑house environments preferred.
• Strong analytical ability; build cost models and interpret claims data.
• Proven stakeholder engagement across all levels.
• Workday proficiency with benefits administration is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable to audience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; GRP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of benefit programs across AP markets.
• Advise HRBPs and leaders with program performance and cost insights.
• Manage end-to-end vendor relationships for benefits providers.
• Analyze utilization trends and benchmarks to drive improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate plan materials.
• Contribute to regional initiatives and Workday enhancements.
