Zurich Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Snr Lead, Multinationals (Employee Benefits) for APAC. You will spearhead distribution and growth of employee benefits across multinational clients in Asia Pacific, engaging international brokers and partners to drive revenue and client retention.

You will lead go-to-market strategies, collaborate with sales, underwriting, and country teams, and promote Zurich’s APAC capabilities across Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and India.

As Director, Distribution Employee Benefits - Multinationals, APAC, you will spearhead the distribution and growth of Zurich's employee benefits solutions across multinational clients in Asia Pacific. You will drive strategic engagement with international brokers and intermediaries, build lasting client partnerships, and support regional growth objectives with a focus on Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and India.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribution Leadership: Lead and implement go-to-market strategies to expand Zurich’s multinational employee benefits footprint across APAC. Align with internal and external stakeholders on engagement, KPIs, and growth objectives.
• Broker and Clients Engagement: Build, manage, and deepen partnerships with key international clients, brokers and consulting firms to accelerate business growth.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, secure major multinational accounts, and drive revenue and retention targets. Advocate for Zurich’s APAC capabilities to secure the support of ZGEBS network and key decision makers. Invest in the development of local multinationals and refer opportunities to ZGEBS Network.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with Zurich’s countries’ sales and underwriting teams to create tailored, compliant employee benefits programs, to attract and retain pooling and captive clients focusing on group accident, life, health, and travel.
• Market Intelligence: Track regulatory changes, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business strategies and uncover white-space opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure Zurich countries provide consistent delivery of high-quality client servicing, efficient policy administration, and superior claims management through broker and partner networks.
• Brand Promotion: Represent Zurich at industry forums, workshops, and events, promoting our expertise and employee benefits capabilities.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in distributing and growing employee benefits solutions for multinational clients.
• Strong track record of success in the APAC region, especially Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, and India.
• Solid relationships with key international brokers and consulting partners.
• Demonstrated expertise in life and health benefits, pooling, and captive arrangements.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
• Proven leadership ability and experience in managing cross-functional, regional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; at least 15 years’ experience in senior commercial and distribution roles.
