Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a results-driven sales professional with 3-5 years of MES or industrial automation experience to lead APAC sales. You will build pipelines, engage with consultants, partners, and end users, and drive revenue growth across Singapore, Malaysia, and APAC markets.

You will coordinate with delivery teams, tailor proposals to customer needs, and champion MES offerings with a focus on ROI and value realization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience in MES, Industrial Automation, or Digital Transformation Solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline
• Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sales lead for MES solutions across the APAC region
• Own relationships with strategic accounts and partners in Singapore, Malaysia, and APAC markets
• Champion the MES offerings and value proposition to drive new business
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for MES and digital manufacturing solutions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, outbound outreach, events, and digital channels
• Initiate and drive sales conversations with consultants, partners and end users
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and penetration
• Present MES solutions in line with business needs, focusing on value, ROI, and competitive differentiation
• Owns the sales process from initial contact through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing
