Job summary

ROVISYS ASIA COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive MES solutions across the APAC region. You will own strategic accounts in Singapore, Malaysia, and broader APAC, champion the MES value proposition, and pursue new business opportunities.

The role requires 3-5 years of MES/industrial automation sales, strong networking abilities, and excellent communication and negotiation skills to deliver revenue growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience in MES/Industrial Automation or digital transformation.
• Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sales lead for MES solutions across the APAC region.
• Own relationships with strategic accounts and partners in Singapore, Malaysia, and APAC.
• Identify and pursue new MES and digital manufacturing opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking and outbound efforts.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to tailor proposals and ensure smooth handover.
