Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking an experienced MES Sales Consultant to lead sales across the APAC region, with emphasis on Singapore and Malaysia. You will develop opportunities, engage with consultants, partners, and end users, and build a robust MES pipeline to deliver revenue growth.

The role requires 3–5 years in MES or related sales, strong networking and presentation skills, English proficiency, and a degree in engineering, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary MES sales lead for APAC
• Own relationships with strategic accounts and partners in Singapore, Malaysia, and APAC
• Champion MES offerings and drive new business
• Identify and pursue new MES and digital manufacturing opportunities
• Maintain a strong pipeline via networking, outbound outreach, events, and digital channels
• Initiate and drive sales conversations with consultants, partners and end users
• Develops and executes strategies to expand market presence and penetration
• Present MES solutions focusing on value, ROI, and differentiation
• Owns the sales process from contact through proposal, negotiation, and closing
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor proposals and presentations
• Support implementation by coordinating with delivery teams and validating requirements

• Conducts discovery sessions with clients across APAC to uncover business needs and opportunities
• Builds and maintains long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
• Delivers product demonstrations, workshops, and solution walkthroughs with a sales focus
• Translates business requirements into tailored MES solutions, including technical implementation considerations as needed

Leadership Responsibilities

• Mentors junior sales and pre-sales staff, supporting their development
• Collaborates with product and delivery teams to refine offerings and sales strategies
• Contributes to go-to-market strategies and sales enablement
• Supports marketing efforts through webinars, whitepapers, and regional events
