Job summary

Miramar Global Executive Search seeks a Director of Market Development to lead growth across APAC, with responsibility for shaping the strategy, identifying country opportunities and accelerating therapy adoption in SEA markets.

You will open new markets and channels, define pricing and funding pathways, and work closely with Country GMs and sales leaders to translate market wins into revenue. A proven track record in growth leadership and SEA exposure is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in market development, business development, strategy or growth leadership.
• Prior exposure to Southeast Asia and regional growth environments.
• Demonstrable track record in driving adoption, share or revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy across APAC, defining opportunity in each country with SEA priority markets.
• Open new markets and channels, building access, pricing and funding pathways.
• Turn access into revenue by collaborating with Country GMs and sales leaders.
• Lead and influence across a matrix, managing a team across Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Communications.
