Job summary

Mighty Jaxx is seeking a process-driven Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist (APAC) to own regional operations outside China, drive improvements, and champion tech-enabled automation. You will collaborate with our SG HQ, regional teams, 3PLs and key customers to streamline fulfilment and accelerate delivery of phygital collectibles across APAC.

Reporting to the GM, APAC, this role requires independent execution, strong Excel and ERP usage, and a passion for scaling supply chain in a

Qualifications

• Experience moving consumer goods across APAC.
• Experience in consumer products, retail or e-commerce distribution.
• Experience with process improvement and automation in logistics.
• Familiarity with international freight, documentation and cross-border customs.
• Familiarity with Incoterms.
• Strong ops management and 3PL performance tracking.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and inventory planning.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
• Independent, self-motivated with ability to automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end inbound and outbound freight in APAC (China to SG, SG to APAC).
• Monitor 3PL performance, carriers and freight forwarders.
• Resolve transit issues, customs bottlenecks, and disruptions.
• Prepare shipping docs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate and integrate supply chain software to automate workflows.
• Leverage Power BI and Excel for inventory tracking and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production and Finance forLaunch plans and forecasts.
• Lead regional operations with growing autonomy.
